Return Policy

We hope you love your Maison Mère pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
To begin a return, please email hello@shopmaisonmere.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

As soon as your items arrive back with us, we’ll carefully inspect them and process your refund to your original form of payment.

We accept returns for Maison Mere products purchased from shopmaisonmere.com without any penalty under the following conditions:

The product(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, washed, or damaged.

The label(s) must still be attached to the product(s).

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging (if you wish to return a kit or set, it must contain all the original components).

The returned items must be sent to Maison Mere in a single delivery. shopmaisonmere.com reserves the right not to accept products belonging to a single order returned and delivered at different times.
